Porn giant seeks to pare back sex trafficking case

A lawyer representing pornography conglomerate Aylo Global Entertainment and its subsidiary companies told a federal judge Monday the defendant group cannot be held liable for sex trafficking claims over videos that were uploaded to its websites because marketing a video is not the same as marketing a person.
