Alameda County to review death penalty cases following bias allegations

The Alameda County District Attorney's office systematically excluded Black and Jewish jurors from sitting on death penalty cases for several decades, a federal judge in San Francisco found after reviewing prosecutor notes handed over by DA Pamela Price.
