Bonta, other state AGs, ask Congress for more Legal Aid funds
"When LSC is underfunded, justice is underfunded. For every person we are able to help, one person is turned away due to a lack of resources," Silvia R. Argueta, the executive director of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, said Monday.
