Facts in wheel brand infringement dispute 'expanded exponentially'

The plaintiff's counsel representing WheelImage Corp. argued in a reconsideration motion that U.S. District Judge James V. Selna's ruling that the company was not the owner of the AL13 wheel trademark was improper because it failed to consider the dissolution of a now-defunct bicycle part manufacturer.
