Judge moves Jenny Craig suit to Delaware after plaintiff firm's "inexcusable" delay

Plaintiffs' counsel at The Kruger Law Firm missed a deadline to respond to a transfer motion after what they claimed was a "calendaring/email filter error."

A labor lawsuit from over 130 former Jenny Craig employees filed in California will be moving to a Delaware federal court because the plaintiffs' counsel failed to respond to the defense's transfer motion by deadline, a Los Angeles federal judge ruled Friday.
