Bankruptcy judge in Oakland re-appointed for second 14-year term

Judge Charles D. Novack is one of nine bankruptcy judges on the Northern District of California.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Charles D. Novack has been reappointed to the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California for a second 14-year term.

Novack began practicing law in Oakland in 1983 and became interested in bankruptcy law in 1991.
