Former LADWP commissioner faces disciplinary charges

A former Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Board Commissioner and licensed California attorney faces disciplinary charges for allegedly soliciting and receiving more than $31,000 in free legal services from an attorney involved in the 2017 LADWP billing scandal, according to the Office of Chief Trial Counsel.
