New judge to oversee Disney employees' lawsuit over aborted Florida relocation

The plaintiffs in the case claim they struggled to get back into the California property market after the company's plans to move to Florida were put on ice.

A class complaint by Disney employees claiming they were fraudulently induced to relocate from their California offices to a proposed project in Florida was reassigned after Los Angeles County Judge Carolyn B. Kuhl recused herself because her daughter works for the defendant.
