Los Angeles city leaders accused of blocking Venice housing project

The city is accused of effectively granting Councilmember Traci Park veto power over the project, discriminating against protected groups in the process.

A coalition of plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against City of Los Angeles officials on July 10, accusing them of thwarting a proposed affordable housing project in Venice.
