Litigation funder seeks to transfer Apple subpoena dispute to San Francisco

The dispute is related to a six-year-old patent infringement lawsuit against Apple, which is being bankrolled by litigation finance firm Omni Bridgeway.

Global litigation finance firm Omni Bridgeway asked a federal judge with a standing order requiring disclosures of third-party funders to transfer a subpoena dispute with Apple Inc. to San Francisco, a move opposed by the tech giant.
