San Francisco sues Temple Nightclub owners over missing settlement payments

The County and City of San Francisco is suing the company seeking roughly $171,000 that was to be paid to current and past employees under two settlement agreements.

The City and County of San Francisco accused Zen Compound LLC, the company behind the now shuttered Temple Nightclub in San Francisco, of breaching two "good faith" settlement agreements the parties reached after it failed to pay current and past employees for uncompensated healthcare expenditure requirements in a new lawsuit.
