A recently approved veterans cemetery project in Anaheim Hills is now facing a legal battle.
A lawsuit filed on Aug. 21 by Build the Great Park Veterans Cemetery and two individuals challenges the City of Anaheim's approval of the Gypsum Canyon Cemetery Project.
