Vape pens cause teen psychosis, 2nd lawsuit claims

The lawsuit is the second such complaint to be filed against STIIIZY IP LLC, accusing it of marketing to teens, whose heavy use allegedly leads to psychosis. The company denied that its products are aimed at minors.

A top manufacturer of cannabis vape pens faces claims of targeting teens with misleading advertisements, resulting in cannabis-induced psychosis for an unnamed plaintiff.

The lawsuit is the second such complaint to be filed against STIIIZY IP LLC for allegedly causing teenage psychosis. The company has also been accused in court in recent years of falsely advertising levels of tetrahydrocannabinol in its products.
