9th Circuit told federal Judge Carter made series of errors

An attorney for Skye Bioscience Inc. said U.S. District Judge David O. Carter erred by allowing the company's fired vice president of business operations to bolster her case by introducing irrelevant and damaging evidence at the trial.

Seeking to overturn a wrongful termination verdict before a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel, an attorney for a San Diego biopharmaceuticals company took aim at decisions by U.S. District Judge David O. Carter of Santa Ana, arguing Thursday he made a series of errors that require a new trial.
