Los Angeles fertility clinic accused of discarding couple's embryos

A couple's hopes for biological children were potentially shattered when a Los Angeles fertility clinic allegedly mishandled their embryos, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday.
The case, brought in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accuses Reproductive Partners Medical Group of negligently discarding the couple's embryos. Calhoun v. Reproductive Partners Medical Group Inc. et al., 24STCV23974, (L.A. Super. Ct., filed Sept. 17, 2024)
