Silicon Valley litigator Quyen L. Ta has joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Palo Alto.
Ta joined the firm from King & Spalding LLP where she spearheaded the trade secrets practice and led the firm's California consumer class action team.
Ta said Skadden's global reach and its culture and values influenced her decision to move.
