Fraud complaint against LDS church over use of tithes questioned by panel

A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals en banc panel questioned attorneys for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a former member on Wednesday about whether his fraud complaint should be dismissed on constitutional grounds.
