Meta fails in bid to block Zuckerberg's AI testimony
Plaintiffs need not exhaust other forms of discovery before deposing Zuckerberg as they had sufficiently established his direct involvement in Meta's AI initiatives, U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas S. Hixson ruled.
