Epic slams Apple for 11th-hour discovery delay in app developer dispute
Epic Games says Apple is deliberately dragging its feet on compliance with discovery on the issue of whether it is adhering to an injunction on excessive fees for app developers. Apple says Epic's demands doubled the work.
With a Monday deadline for producing what it estimates is more than 1.3 million documents demanded to prove it is complying with an injunction to stop overcharging app developers, Apple asked for a two-week extension.
