Homeless vets are 'letting' private school use VA land, judge says
U.S. District Judge David O. Carter said there needed to be language in the agreement that made clear the property belonged to the homeless and temporarily housed veterans in the area.
A federal judge and attorneys representing the private Brentwood School on Wednesday workshopped the wording of a tentative agreement for shared use of an athletic facility that occupies a portion of land on the Veterans Affairs campus in West Los Angeles.
