Homeless vets are 'letting' private school use VA land, judge says

A federal judge and attorneys representing the private Brentwood School on Wednesday workshopped the wording of a tentative agreement for shared use of an athletic facility that occupies a portion of land on the Veterans Affairs campus in West Los Angeles.
