Rocket Lawyer sued over access to arbitration records

Purported shareholder claims Rocket Lawyer wrongly denied him access to internal records linked to a "disparaging" demand for arbitration filed against him by CEO Charles Moore.

A purported shareholder in Rocket Lawyer Inc., an online legal services platform, accused the company of illegally withholding its accounting and internal documents and thwarting an investigation into "wrongdoing and mismanagement" by executives in a lawsuit filed Monday in San Francisco Superior Court.
