Toxic embryo culture lawsuits allowed to proceed

Four plaintiffs have filed separate lawsuits against CooperSurgical Inc., accusing the company of selling defective embryo culture which caused embryos to die.

A judge in Santa Monica has allowed most claims in four lawsuits to proceed against a fertility company whose embryo culture was alleged to be toxic.
