Santa Clara school seeks documents linked to denial of charter renewal

Attorneys for the Bullis-Purissima Elementary School claim the Santa Clara County Board of Education bowed to "political pressure" when it denied the school's charter renewal in August.

A charter school in Los Altos accused the Santa Clara County Board of Education and Office of Education of using "false factual findings" to deny the school's charter renewal in a Public Records Act lawsuit.
