Experimental test-takers can earn points for bar exam, state high court says

Would-be attorneys can take an experimental test next month and possibly earn points that would help them pass the State Bar exam, California Supreme Court justices said Tuesday.

The state Supreme Court gave its approval Tuesday for an incentive to be offered to bar applicants who take - and do well on - an experimental test with questions developed for an eventual California-specific bar exam.
