SF firm sues Visa in NY, claims price-fixing in debit card market

The complaint, filed Monday night in the Southern District of New York, follows a similar civil antitrust lawsuit against Visa by the U.S. Department of Justice in September.

A Burlingame company and a Sacramento woman, represented by Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy LLP, have filed an antitrust lawsuit against San Francisco-based Visa Inc. claiming price fixing in the debit card market.
