Biden appoints Mayer Brown partner to key trade policy committee
Philip R. Recht previously served as chief counsel and deputy administrator for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Philip R. Recht, a longtime partner at Mayer Brown LLP in Los Angeles, was appointed by President Joseph R. Biden to serve on the Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations, a panel that provides strategic guidance on U.S. trade policy.
