Attorneys tussle over meaning of 'digital imaging' in Del Taco case

Judge Christopher Lui, declining to approve sanctions against the plaintiff, said issues over definitions were best left for next month's trial.

A Los Angeles County judge declined a request for sanctions by fast food chain Del Taco against a plaintiff suing over wrongful termination stemming from sexual harassment. Del Taco has previously faced a federal consent decree stemming from claims of workplace sexual harassment -- a fact that the company has moved to exclude from the upcoming trial.
