Live Nation targeted with PAGA lawsuit

The lawsuit, filed in San Francisco, claims the company failed to compensate employees for time spent submitted to COVID-19 screening, among other alleged violations.

A former Live Nation Entertainment Inc. employee sued the company on Tuesday in San Francisco County on behalf of his former colleagues and co-workers, claiming that the live event giant violated a host of wage and hour laws.

The lawsuit, filed under the Private Attorneys General Act, seeks to hold Live Nation liable for wage and hour violations including the administration of "a uniform practice of rounding the actual time worked and recorded" by Live Nation employees ...
