The city of La Habra Heights, in Los Angeles County, has entered into a settlement agreement with the state government to address its housing development obligations under state law.
The agreement, announced Friday, requires the city to implement a comprehensive housing plan by July 2025 that will accommodate 244 new residential units, with 164 units designated for low- and very low-income households.
