SpaceX sued for alleged retaliation against disabled employee

Attorneys for the former employee claim she was fired after requesting accommodation for health problems caused by alleged mold exposure at her workplace.

A former SpaceX employee claims she was fired after calling attention to the company's lack of accommodation for disabilities in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The lawsuit claims the company terminated her in retaliation for requesting accommodation for health problems she said were caused by mold exposure on the job.
