LA Courts to try fixed schedules for some cases
From Nov. 12, unlimited civil personal injury motor vehicle cases filed at several Los Angeles County courthouses will be handled under a new case management process.
The Los Angeles County Superior Court is piloting a new workflow initiative to reduce attorney court appearances and expedite unlimited civil personal injury motor vehicle cases.
From Nov. 12, cases filed at the East District's El Monte Courthouse, Pomona Courthouse South and West Covina Courthouse; and the Northwest District's Van Nuys Courthouse West and Van Nuys Courthouse East will follow the Pathway case management process.
