Appeals Court upholds dismissal of taxpayer lawsuit over San Diego's 101 Ash Street

The 4th District California Court of Appeal affirmed the dismissal of a taxpayer lawsuit challenging San Diego's troubled lease-to-own agreement for the 101 Ash Street building, ruling that the dispute was moot following the settlement of separate litigation and the termination of the lease in 2022.
