Disputes over shuttered abortion clinic won't be consolidated

DuPont Clinic claims landlord Douglas Emmett and the city of Beverly Hills caved to anti-abortion protesters following the U.S. Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade.

Lawsuits that claim commercial real estate company Douglas Emmett and the city of Beverly Hills blocked the opening of an abortion clinic following the U.S. Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v. Wade cannot be consolidated, a Los Angeles County judge ruled.
