Trial set for Orange County judge accused of wife's murder
Judge Jeffrey Ferguson, accused of fatally shooting his wife, will stand trial beginning Feb. 18 in Los Angeles.
The murder trial of Orange County Judge Jeffrey Ferguson, who is accused of fatally shooting his wife during an argument in their home, will begin on Feb. 18, a Los Angeles County judge ruled on Friday.
The decision came weeks after Ferguson posted a $2 million bond to be released from custody after he was found to have violated his bail by drinking alcohol.
