Claims dismissed against Brink's sales agent

The plaintiffs accused the defendant of advising them to understate the value of their goods before they were placed in an armored truck that was subsequently robbed.

A Los Angeles County judge dismissed claims against two Brink's armored transport employees who were sued by jewelers last year following a massive jewelry heist.

Superior Court Judge Thomas D. Long sustained a demurrer filed by Gloria Corrales, a sales and show support specialist for Brink's.
