San Bernardino jury awards nearly $35M in Walmart defamation case

Walmart called the verdict "outrageous," and said it "simply does not reflect the straightforward and uncontested facts of this case."

A jury in San Bernardino County awarded nearly $35 million to a Walmart commercial truck driver who claimed he was defamed when he was fired for driving an RV while on disability leave.
