M&A firm claims former VPs stole confidential information
CriticalPoint has sued two companies founded by former employees, claiming they continue to use its confidential data to make deals.
Mergers and acquisitions company CriticalPoint Partners LLC has sued rival companies founded by two former employees in Los Angeles County, accusing them of using stolen confidential information to jumpstart their ventures.
