Former worker sues Northrop Grumman claiming wage violations

A former Northrop Grumman worker claims the aerospace giant required off-the-clock work and denied its employees proper breaks.

A former Northrop Grumman employee filed a wage action under the Private Attorneys General Act in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The complaint alleges that Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation failed to provide overtime and double-time pay and failed to provide meal and rest breaks in violation of various state labor codes.

The plaintiff, Austin Carroll, worked with the aerospace firm as a composite bonder from May 2018 to September 2024.
