Ex-school worker sues for 5-year custody awaiting 'not guilty' verdict

Kaedian LLP partner Katherine C. McBroom and Los Angeles attorney Ian M. Wallach filed a federal civil complaint against those involved in their client's arrest in San Bernardino County and five-year prosecution.

A former elementary school custodian claims he was wrongfully jailed for nearly five years while awaiting trial and a jury's vindication because of a botched prosecution by San Bernardino County on false charges of sexually assaulting multiple children while on duty.
