Healthline website owners accused of tracking users with TikTok code

The putative class action complaint claims that the TikTok pixel uses a unique process called "fingerprinting" and collects "as much data as possible" to identify anonymous users of the website.

Healthline Media LLC, the company behind health and wellness website Healthline, was accused in federal court in San Francisco of violating users' privacy rights by illegally installing tracking pixels and cookie technology created by TikTok and other companies on their browsers.
