Dhillon Law Group partner Krista L. Baughman wrote in an email Tuesday that the firm - which has grown to 26 attorneys in five offices across the nation since Dhillon founded it in 2006 - would be run by a management committee in her absence, "like other firms of similar size."
Harmeet K. Dhillon, managing partner of San Francisco based Dhillon Law Group Inc. and a prominent supporter of President-elect Donald Trump, has been nominated to a key position in the U.S. Department of Justice, as assistant attorney general for civil rights.
Trump nominated her to the post, which requires confirmation by the U.S. Senate, on Monday afternoon.
