Trump's antitrust appointees expected to shift to some lighter enforcement

Andrew N. Ferguson, Trump's choice to replace Lina M. Khan as FTC chair, is a former clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas and chief counsel to outgoing Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-KY, who portrayed himself in a memo obtained by Punchbowl News as a Trump loyalist.
