Former Amazon counsel joins Irvine IP boutique

Irvine intellectual property boutique Friedland Cianfrani LLP announced Monday that a former in-house counsel at Amazon had joined the firm.
Nicole Rossi Townes was corporate counsel managing IP legal support for the company's retail, grocery, private brands and payments divisions. Founding partner Michael Friedland said in a statement that Townes would bring a unique perspective to the growing law firm.
