A Los Angeles County judge on Tuesday dismissed charges against Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP that stemmed from its March 2022 data breach, saying that the plaintiff failed to cite a case upholding an invasion-of-privacy claim relative to a third-party cyberattack.
