Frank Chirino is new president of Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County

Frank Chirino, co-founder of Ayala Chirino LLP, a personal injury law firm in Santa Ana, assumed the presidency of the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County effective Jan. 1. The formal installation ceremony will be held during the organization's annual gala on March 8.
