A federal judge swiftly blocked President Trump's Executive Order banning birthright citizenship yesterday, calling it "blatantly unconstitutional" and unprecedented in its violation of the Constitution.

On Jan. 20, President Trump on his first day in office of his second term signed an Executive Order (EO) banning birthright citizenship in America.
