Uber accused of hiding assault reports in multidistrict sexual assault cases

Uber is accused of hiding violent incident reports in a lawsuit by 1,500 women claiming sexual assault by drivers. The plaintiffs challenge Uber's document handling, seeking related records on driver misconduct.

An Uber Technologies Inc. defense team was accused this week of concealing violent incident reports against its drivers and other information related to the ongoing multidistrict litigation by 1,500 female riders who say they were sexually assaulted and harassed by Uber drivers.
