Attorney re-added to vexatious litigant list after brief respite
Attorney Graham E. Berry was briefly removed from California's vexatious litigant list after 24 years by one Los Angeles judge, but another reinstated him due to lack of notification to the affected party.





A California attorney's bid to be removed from the Judicial Council's vexatious litigant list after 24 years was briefly successful.
But 15 months later a Los Angeles County judge granted the motion by the injured party - the Church of Scientology - to reconsider Graham E. Berry's removal because they were not notified of his application. The judge put him back on the list.
