Lawsuit claims a spoonful of sugar is bad medicine

A lawsuit claims Nature's Path toaster pastries contain too much of the wrong kind of sugar.

A putative consumer class claims an organic food company, Nature's Path Food Inc., strategically dupes its customers into buying healthy snack alternatives, when in reality the products are filled with toxic levels of added sugar that exceed FDA recommendations, a lawsuit stated.
