4 CEQA lawsuits challenge LA's Television City expansion

Four lawsuits claim the Television City project in LA's Fairfax District violates environmental and zoning laws, challenging the city council's approval of the studio complex expansion.

A planned expansion of the Television City studio complex in the Fairfax District of Los Angeles has been met with at least four new lawsuits claiming that the project, which the city council approved last month, violates the California Environmental Quality Act, the Subdivision Map Act and other zoning laws.
